Email design for one of the largest fast casual restaurants promoting online group orders and leveraging North America’s biggest sporting event.


The primary challenge was to boost customer orders for Chipotle during the Super Bowl, a peak time for food delivery.

We introduced a group ordering initiative specifically for Super Bowl Month, offering free delivery every Sunday during major games. We A/B tested various email campaigns to optimize engagement to identify the most effective messaging.

This targeted strategy successfully increased customer orders and fostered group dining experiences during the Super Bowl, enhancing brand visibility and customer loyalty.
