Following a brand refresh, Santander sought to align their customer emails with their updated brand guidelines. I spearheaded the development of a flexible and modular component and the refresh of over 70 personalized emails, targeting new and existing customers. I also oversaw the Dev team and ensured that each email stayed true to the mockups.

When designing the system, one of the key challenges was identifying the types of modules for their content. Working closely with Santander’s marketing team, we analyzed all their existing emails but also discussed some new content that they might envision having in the future.
